About Aaron Kim

Aaron Kim is Senior Manager at the Solutions Architecture team of a major Canadian bank, responsible for developing end-to-end financial services solutions, leading highly complex industry-shifting initiatives, influencing technology decisions, and fostering a dynamic culture of innovation across the organization. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Managing Consultant in Emerging Technologies at IBM Global Business Services, providing consulting advice to executives and decision makers around the globe in industries as diverse as banking, insurance, air transportation, telecommunications, government, and media. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto), in Canada.

He's married to Tania and they have a son, Lucas.
